A man named Jim died in his sleep on one fateful evening.

He went to heaven, for he was a good man. When he arrived at the gates, God welcomed him inside. He took him aside and whispered “There is something you must see, newcomer!”

God walked Jim to a long building. He opened the door and ushered Jim inside. In the building was a long corridor full of clocks.

“What are all these clocks for?” Asked Jim. God replied to him, “These are no normal clocks! Every time their corresponding owner down on Earth lies, they spring ahead one hour.” “I see!” Said Jim.

As they reached the end, Jim was amused. “That was great! I just have one question- George Bush, the president. Where is his clock?”

God laughed.

“Ha, his clock?” He pointed up. “We just use it as the ceiling fan!”
